My service area covers parts of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, up to 20 miles from my location. Including but not limited to Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Callahan, North Jacksonville, St. Marys and Kingsland. Any travel over 20 miles will incur an extra mileage charge.

Matt first did some troubleshooting for issues likely covered under my warranty, coordinated with the manufacturer to obtain parts, then installed them. He also performed a recall inspection. Matt fixed my slide out and patched my roof, but also took the time to explain to me how to prevent issues in the future and showed me how to use some features i didn’t know how to use yet. My rig was at CW for 3 months to repair some minor issues. After I got it home, still the issues were not fixed. Someone recommended Matthew. I called him. Had an appointment in 3 days. He arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not look down upon me for my lack of knowledge. He repaired everything in less than 2 hours than CW failed to do in 3 months and at 1/4 of what CW charged. Highly recommend!
